Jason has been an independent CD/writer since 2021. As a freelancer, he’s made Super Bowl spots, delivered wins for mega global pitches, and worked as far away as Paris and Dubai.

As a full time creative, he worked at  in Cupertino for seven-ish years, making films for six consecutive iPhones, iPad, and Apple Card. And had stops at R/GA, Cliff Freeman, BBDO, Grey, and Google Creative Lab.

In 2002, he wrote the original line and campaign “What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas,” with a former partner, at R&R Partners. It’s one of the most famous ad lines in history, and the city celebrated its 20th anniversary. He also has a chapter in James Patterson’s 2024 book, titled What Really Happens in Vegas.’

He’s won Cannes, One Show, D&AD, AICP, Andys, Clios, Comm Arts, Webby’s, Tomorrow Awards, FWA, Creative Review, SXSW, London Int’l Awards. His work is etched on New York’s Advertising Walk of Fame on Madison Ave. And he was honored at the 2023 University of Colorado commencement speech.

He’s also a dad. He works to buy money, says his daughter. He doesn’t disagree.
